What Good Form Life can and cannot do

Good Form Life can suggest general strength sessions, form cues, easier options and simple progression choices based on the information you provide.

It cannot see you move, examine or assess your health, diagnose pain, treat injury, provide clinical care or tell whether an exercise is medically suitable for you.

When to stop

Stop the exercise or session if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness, new symptoms or anything that feels worrying.

Seek medical or qualified professional advice if symptoms worry you, continue after stopping, or you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you.

Training at home

Use a clear space, stable support, suitable footwear if needed and equipment that feels secure. Choose lighter, easier or shorter options whenever that is the better choice on the day.

Your feedback about effort, pain or concern and confidence helps Good Form Life keep suggestions conservative when needed.

Professional advice, emergency care and app support

If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting or a medical emergency, seek medical care now.

Good Form Life support at support@goodformlife.com is for app, account, access and programme questions. It is not emergency or clinical care and cannot assess symptoms.
